This course goes over basic note templates for addiction medicine patients and chief complaints. They are tailored to teach and give Residents, Fellows, NPs, and PAs basic note templates that satisfy billing requirements. Furthermore, it is ideal for any physician who is recently starting to deal with detoxification patients, and suboxone patients in the clinic and wants ideas to use for dot phrases. This section will also have template letters to send to other prescribers if there are any concerns.
